Real-Time Tasks

Real-Time Tasks turn assigned audits into visible work notifications for the right user.

How users interact with it

Admins assign audits to users with due dates and optional helpers. Assigned users open tasks from the notification bell.

Assign responsible auditor and helper.

Use the bell to open assigned audit work.

Refresh assigned work from Settings as an admin.

Task notifications and assigned work tables show who owns the work and its current status.

Assigned user and helper details.

Restaurant and inventory target.

Due date and task status.

Task notifications point users directly to the audit page and update when the audit is completed.

Tasks are scoped to the logged-in user.

Admins can monitor assigned work.

Completed audits remove or complete notifications.
