Authentication

Authentication controls who can log in and which restaurants, pages, and actions they can use.

How users interact with it

Users sign in with their own email and password. Admins manage team members from Settings.

Create team members with assigned restaurant access.
Update roles, permissions, and login email when allowed.
Log out from the sidebar profile area.

What information is shown

The system loads the authenticated profile, restaurant memberships, and permissions before showing the dashboard.

User name and email.
Role or permission set.
Assigned restaurant list.

How it connects to workflow

Permissions decide whether the user can view, audit, edit, delete, or manage settings.

Read-only users can review allowed data.
Read + Audit users can perform audits.
Primary admins can manage restaurants and team access.
